I just had my dinner, I cooked some instant noodles, it wrote there 1 packet of noodles consists of 40g of carbs and 2g of sugars. I don't feel full that time, so I steam a salmon with cinnamon, pepper and salt. TBH, It taste really good
. After the meal,I cut 2 slices of lemon and mix it with 1 cup of water. Now I feel very full
. So after around 3 hours, I felt thirsty and afraid that it probably spikes. Before meal it was 5.9 mmol, now I check it was 3.9 mmol and I was shocked. I don't believe it and try to prick another finger the result was 4.3 mmol. So my question is what actually helps to reduce my blood sugar so much? Is it because of the cinnamon or is it the lemon water? I did some research about cinnamon, many actually have their blood sugar reduced if eat with cinnamon but the overall test result shown on the research was 10-15%, apparently mine wasn't less than 15% drop, it is more than 15%.
