Personally I wouldnt want to spike that high at the 2 hr mark but that is just me, others may not mind.

Repeat the exercise, food, testing, and see what happens. If you're not happy then go see the quack and ask for an hba1c blood test. This shows your average blood sugar levels over the previous 3 months.
