What do you snack on?

I drink far too much tea so the rich tea biscuits feel right at home haha. I did try popcorn for a while but I'm not too keen on it to be honest.

I graduated from uni last year and since then I've just been lounging around
Need to return to the normal world haha.
I'll log in now and have a look. I don't know anyone with in real life with diabetes so it could be handy

Butter coffee. That fills me up for hours. Good coffee, with 15-25g butter and perhaps a bit of coconut oil whizzed with a stick blender. One day, put your yuck feelings on one side, and try it.

Wow, that sounds awesome! I love coffee and I love butter and I love coconut oil....all three together, wow! When my cold has passed I'll definitely be trying this one out.

I have the same problem! Even when I snack on one little grape, boom sugars go straight up , just annoying having to inject after every snack ! I think it's time to cut down on the snacking for me

Annoying isn't it. When I do snack on something I don't feel I have enough to warrant an injection but then I get ale thing else again like 30 minutes later and it slowly goes up

It's delicious, like coffee with cream, but even smoother.

Do you use instant coffee or real for this? Can't imagine the taste
Real. But you have to use a stick blender. A milk frother isn't enough. So easier to do at home.

Oh flippin'eck, I've literally just finished a lovely creamy coffee and completely forgot to add the butter! Will try and remember tomorrow
