What do you think of this description?

Hi,

I think that his diet wouldn't suit my body. Too high in carbs (he's pushing low GI, and that didn't work for me). I am most comfortable on very low carb.

He also likes polyunsaturated fats. I avoid them, and eat plenty of saturated fat and monounsaturated.

He says unlimited protein portions. I prefer unlimited fat, 'normal' protein quantities.

And his description of how blood glucose, insulin and fat function is a little off (according to my understanding), but that may be a typo...

But for all that, it is a much better, healthier diet that will likely do much more for blood glucose control than the SAD or NHS approved diets...

Lots of lovely opportunity for gluconeogenesis for the t1 in that diet!
