What else to do for diabetes
I use my prescriptions
I drink enough water
I eat enough raw vegetables
I take recommended fruits and nuts
I ate moderate carbohydrates
I ate adequate protein
I Don't drink alcohol
I'm Mindful of salt intake
I Don't take sugar
I stay away from processed food
Finally, I exercise
Yet my blood glucose readings not within range
 
I think you need to be a bit more specific..
What are the "recommended fruits and nuts" and recommended by whom?
How "moderate" is your carb intake?
 
@ajaga . What type of diabetes do you have? Different diabetes can require different management.
