No idea what Ketosis is so no idea if I’m in it or not.

Aye, you can depend on the recipes at the Dietdoctor website to be very low in carbs and very tasty to boot.
Ketosis means you are basically metabolising your own bodys fat stores into usable energy and using healthy dietary fat for energy instead of getting energy from carbs you have just eaten.
