hi, I find porridge is quite good, slow release, or you could try eggs, poached, scrambled or boiled or bacon, sausage they are all very little in carbohydrate value, so bacon omelet would be ideal,courty13 said:i was just wondering if people can give me there choices for breakfast i use to have cheerios but noticed there was a good amount of sugar and would be appreciated for any help thanks
