What kind of cheese is good?

just out of interest anyone got any serving suggestions ,, other than just cutting off and eat it by the slice, or spreading it on whatever. Again its one of them things I used to just put in sandwiches or on toast,,, I have tried feta on salads and tried a recipe where you grilled white fish with feta and tomato on top until just melted,, that was nice actually ,, better anyway than how I eat my cottage ie straight from the tub lol.
