Everyone has their problems and here, we all try and help the best we can Sorry to hear you are suffering with depression...are you getting help with that? You can get back on track and we will all try and help in any way we can. Are you on medication and how long have you been diabetic?

Been diabetic for two years this month! Im getting help for depression I also have other mental health issues which means I had been on medication which caused my diabetes (this is not an excuse). I am on 500mg a day of metaformin.

How were your levels before you went off the rails a little....did you have it under control? Its easy to stop trying so hard and eat foods we shouldn't but you can get back on track again...you already did the most important thing in realising you need to
