My target is 11 stone 7 Lbs I am now 12 Stone 7 Lbs I was 16 Stone 3 Lbs but recently people have been saying I am not looking well and when I check in the mirror my neck is looking a bit scrawny and my butt is sagging so do I halt now for a while? or continue until I reach my goal my carb intake is 30 to 50g grams a day what can I increase it to maintain my current weight?

Introduce resistance weight training and cardio and you'll find you'll put muscle I I e done that for a long time and it has really helped me as I've dropped 2.5 stone (16kg) this last 3 months.
Since April 2015 but I didn't really make a lot of progress until about 6 months ago when I drastically reduced my Carbs my blood sugar level was around the high teens but it is now averaging about 6
