What to Eat! EASY.....

What if a newbie reads this and decides that things like tomatoes, corn on the cob, etc peas, can be eaten in abundance?

The enthusiasm of the newly converted should not be underestimated.

I am embarrassed for you Dougie.

Sigh

I'm sure you do.
That'll be a realisation the diet doctor says

'You should probably be especially careful with peppers or tomatoes – these carbs quickly add up towards the 20 grams a day limit.'

Corn is higher than parsnips.
Peas are higher then celeriac.

And you low carb, I don't.

I very low carb but my meter and my Libre sensor tell me I can eat:

Cherry tomatoes as many as I like, which I do almost daily.
Grilled tomatoes - one
6 to 10 fried chips
2 small roast potatoes
2 small new potatoes with butter
garden peas
steeped peas
small portion of cooked carrots
pickled onion
A Lidl high protein roll with butter

This is why I eat to my meter. If I didn't, I would be missing out on some of my favourite foods, would feel deprived and could end up falling off the wagon.
