What to you is an unhealthy and healthy day to day diet ?

Exactly what @Brunneria says, except that I like a G'n'T or three and Prosecco on my non-working days.
 
Healthy: plants, mainly green ones and red or yellow ones; foods with first class proteins: dairy, meat, poultry; seeds and whole grains; beans and pulses; seed oils, nuts; coffee and tea (anti-oxidants); water; apples and pears especially, but most fruits in moderation, low-sugar dark chocolate

Unhealthy: white flour in cakes, breads, sauces, biscuits, etc, etc., sugar, honey, syrup, fruit juice, fruit nectars, Palm oil (gives me IBS - a good ten days of diarrhoea), chick peas (ditto), dried fruit. Alcohol in any form. You can get resveratols from grapes, no need for the alcohol. And in terms of breast cancer, there is NO safe limit for alcohol. Also it causes fatty liver, the last thing any diabetic needs.

Healthy is varied.
Unhealthy is binging on one thing.

So I do not think one cream cake a month (for example) is unhealthy but five bananas every single day is.
