What watch is the best for monitoring my Blood Glucose (BG) TYPE ONE DIABETIC

So I’m going away on a camp for five days but I don’t wake up in the night with my alarms so I thought if there was a watch that could buzz or vibrate to wake me up it would really help. Also cheap if possible

Any suggestions???
