Hi,
Everyone spikes after eating, the defining factor generally for diabetes is how high, and how long it takes to come down. Only your doctor can tell you what is going on. Generally though people don't tend to get standard diabetes symptoms with an HbA1c that is low - post meal spikes don't usually do it. I think Doug is spot on that you need a referral or further discussion to get to the bottom of why you feel like this. Constant high blood sugars very frequently go along with yeast infections, though.
