what's insulin ?

not sure i quite understand your question,
but insulin is a hormone, a protein, that is, a LARGE combination of proteins, which is why it has to be injected

but why we produce synthetic proteins by amino acid

yes, thanks, so I say insulin is produce by amino acid (purity:99%, moisture content:5%), if we add some certain albumin, we can get controlled release insulin
