Whats the difference

I am interested ot find out the difference between Gliclazide and Gliclacide

I have just been turned down for a medical research experiment because I take the first one. I thought this was just a spelling anomaly and I suspect many others did to

Can anyone please tell me why the Z and C have just cost me £3000 + :evil:
