My goal is 70-100. I teeter over 100 sometimes after BF but the rest of the day is always in range. 85 is my bingo number. I very rarely go under 70.
That being said, I eat the same size meals everyday at the same time and I know my bolus for them. They are small meals, vlc, moderate protein and healthy fats. I can't randomly eat because I can't stay flat. Many would find my way of eating monotonous and boring but I look forward to every meal. I eat a large variety of different proteins, nuts, pumpkin seeds, flavored olive oils, herbs and spices and avocado at every meal. Loads of variety and flavors with the same macros. Works for me but most people would get bored of it. I tend to think of it as 'just food'
