My fasting is 6.8 with Ozempic. I’m getting blurred vision, increased thirst and hunger.

Hi I’m no expert but can’t see you being given insulin with a fasting bg of 6.8, why would you want that?

What are your levels like after meals? Do you eat a low carb diet and have you had your insulin production tested.
Usually T2's are awash with insulin they can't use, unless you know for sure that your pancreas is failing. Adding more insulin will just make your insulin resistance worse and make weight loss so much harder.
