Hi there. I turned 17 last year in May and sent off for mine straight away. However, I was requested to have eyesight tests, and letters back and forth from my doctor to the DVLA, which resulted in me receiving my provisional in November. Took a while l know! Anyway, maybe it was just mine that was held up for some reason. Hopefully you'll get yours soon and mine was an anomaly
