Low carbs makes logical sense. So I thought some sugar free mints would be a useful diet weapon.
But no, they have carbohydrates. Some of the low calorie sweeteners contain carbs too.
So where else will surprise me?
Is there are friendly alternative to a sugar free sweet?
It's funny because I don't eat sweets either (preferring a massive bar of chocolate!) so I thought I was being cleverr as a minty mouth would mean no snacking.
Think I may just have to clean my teeth 10 times a day
