Where is high fat low carb

Mmmmm! Pasta my favourite. Ooops! was my favourite.

It looks nice but I cannot read the writing being as it is light blue on blue.
 
There is a Low Carb, High Fat thread on its own elsewhere on this site. We normally refer to it as LCHF. There is a recipe section on it too. I agree that the pictures you posted are difficult to read.

I think that @Pura Vida is having a shot at the Canadian Diabetes Association 2017 calendar, with subtle Canadian humour.

Pasta recipes are not really hflc or lchf @Oldvatr

No. but there was a discussion I was having on High Carb, very low fat, and I think Pura Vida was party to that thread, so I was seeking clarification.

Edit to add: currently my BGL is measuring 2.1 mmol/l so I could do with some of that Canadian fare.
