HI Everyone, I am looking to buy some Whey Protein but have seen that it is quite expensive so where is the cheapest place to buy from and what do other people use it for, thanks

I get nutrisport from eBay. Low carb and cheap. Vanilla and chocolate flavours are ok.

Thanks SamJB, the reason I originally wanted it was to try another bread recipe but what do you use Whey Protein for please?

Thank you very much for that information Sabantha, what do you use it to make?

try gonutrition, online, i have rhubarb and custard sweets flavour shake for breakfast, yummy, and has little effect on bg. if i have cereal it goes to 12+ and stays there alll day.... whey to go.

gaz

I use it for when I go to the gym. I also use the chocolate flavour in LC porridge, makes it taste like chocolate ready brek:

125g ground flaxseed
90g ground almonds
90g wheat bran
few scoops of chocolate whey protein

I make a shake out of whey protein, blackberries and lite soya milk for breakfast fairly often - my BM's are fine with that whereas per made shakes send them ballistic

Hi badcat, does a shake for breakfast actually fill you up and Sabantha, thanks I got some whey protein from H&B buy one get one free

Thanks to everyone for the replies. In the end I got a natural flavour and chocolate flavour from H&B, buy 1 get 1 free

Is there a particular where you buy. I want it for pancakes or possible shake please
