Where To Find Basic Guides ?

On homehealth you can get strips discounted if you quote code at checkout

5 tubs 264086
10 tubs 975833

Thanks again for the advice, it is appreciated (especially the discount code).

Buying a monitor seems a bit like buying a torch...........the torch is cheap, but they rob you on the battery price.

The National Screening Committee guidance is that you should be offered a screening test for diabetic retinopathy within 3 months of diagnosis. If you don't get a screening test soon, phone your GP to ask about it. Even though you have had a test at the optician, you should still go for the diabetic eye screening. The official screening test is more sensitive than that done by most opticians and is quality assured. Also, the graders will use those images for comparison in the future, to help them spot any significant changes.

thanks for asking about marmite Cranfield, that was going to be a Q from me! but if no bread what is the medium to have it with ? My previous marmite treat was toast with lashings of butter and marmite, or even worse, toast with cream cheese and marmite on top.
I hate the idea of testing every day or meal, but I am getting the understanding that we all have to tailor our own diet according to how we individually react to carbs to understand our condition, so thanks everyone for that insight
