I keep reading about this whey powder I always thought it was for building muscles up but looks like it is good for Diabetics ...if this is so which whey powder do you all use as it seems very expensive to me?
 
Then try myprotein, its very cheap from them. I mix it in a liquidiser with some berries.

I think I may have read something in the Daily Mail. I will have a look online and post a link if I can find it.
 
I shall take a peek in the health shop today...although they have a display in the window and am sure the price of the whey powder was very high
 
laughs...happens to me to...... I bought some whey powder this morning from the health shop they have it on special at half price so got a big tub of it will make some bread tomorrow and see what it is like...I made some flax bread this morning and it is yummy...needless to sya will not last me aweek especially seeing as my hubby likes it to
