I cannot tolerate any of the ones listed not even pop corn now - very strange

I think the "net carbs" gives it away. We don't have net carbs in the UK as fibre is already helpfully deducted. A carb is a carb.

I seem to have been able to manage for the most part without grains for the last 8 years, so I don't really see the need to start looking now for suitable options. As @Bluetit1802 says carbs is carbs...and in the UK fibre is treated separately.
