- When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!
Hi
I don't get a testing machine or strips from my Dr for the following reasons:
1. Bad for my fingers!
2. I get blood tests every 3 months (how does that tell me that the food I had today was bad for me?).
3. Not 'our policy' to issue monitors
So I have to do down the route of buying one for myself. What machine do you suggest and where do you suggest I buy it from?
