Who are they?

I have never heard of a Russian with groping innuendo attached. Maybe Yeltsin but that's all. I still haven't a clue.
 
I have stared at that piccy until my eyes watered. His nose is a little bulbous and could turn into a strawberry (with a pimple). The eyebrows could become bushier and the hair thinner.

Hang on, I think it's me.

Definitely Eric Pickles but would not have got it without the second clue.

Have not yet read anything about naughty though.
 
With all the hard thinking yesterday I forgot that "Who Are They" was one year old on the 15th, I think.

Both pictures are of the same man. No-one had a clue with the first and the clue Willy posted with it has some doubt attached.

To help out Willie issued the second picture and told us to disregard the first clue.

If you are still confused then there will be more room on the award for the rest of us.
