On my computer it looks as if some small black marks have been added to make the smile wider. I have no idea who she is though.

(I'd intended, but failed to mention it's not the best of quality)

I'd to work with it to make it a tad better, then reduce the size to hide the spots as much as I
could, then make a diffirent background for it. It's the only image I have of this female.
At least you can see it is female.
