I have just looked for british female singers and think I know,
Now you can see how hard it is to not give easy clues, again this was also what Wee Willie was good at.
I shall let a few others have a go first before I dive in, as I normally give daft clues etc;

Whelks,winkles... All crustaceous seafood except prawns. Can't do crab.lobster or scallops.
Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.
