Whelks,winkles... All crustaceous seafood except prawns. Can't do crab.lobster or scallops.
Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.

You beat me to it Izzzi.....

The BMJ clue is what did it. Looked at the site and there he was. I am going to do some further reading on this as I am on 40mg of Atorvastatin per day.
