I now who it is... But can't remember his name.

He wore a VERY dodgy syrup. Not as bad as Frankie Howerds but better than Terry Wogans.On a par with Tony Blackburn's I'd say......

I got so excited about the picture and forgot to note the girls full name, plonker, back in a mo.
 
I was mistaken for this person many years ago,that is not a clue just me showing off.
 
I will take a punt at James Bolam it certainly looks like him.
