I thought his mustache looked like Hercule Poirot, so I searched Belgian men wearing bow tie with mustache that liked clocks. (got nowhere,I might try some other countries)
 


What a plonker, I uploaded this image earlier then deleted it
due to an error.
So how did I remedy it? ....Only by uploading the original
image again. Sheeeesh.

RRB. Think you are right... But take away the question mark and the possibly and you could be a winner.

Actually Izzzi got there first with his Rolex pic but he didn't state the name so I don't know who has won this one.....

I thought best to play the game to give new members a decent chance to win. ( I learned this kind idea from you Zola.)

When you know straight away you should jump in as that is great, especially trying to beat the record of " how many seconds after the picture has been entered" I think you hold the record.
