Who are they?

Shows yet again that Wiki is not the only source.

This was on a site simply called Bio....

This was on the same site. Not mentioned in Wiki.

Laurence Olivier published his autobiography, Confessions of an Actor, in 1984. Olivier, who has long been rumoured to have had a sexual dalliance with actor Danny Kaye, admitted in his autobiography that he was tempted but never followed through with establishing a relationship with Kaye.

I am have a brain drop over this one. Keep up your good digging Zola.

Just looked at the picture again as I thought before, "that beard has been added"
I can now see Lawrence Oliver.
I now think Zola has found it,now going out to cleanse my brain.

Opalshards got there first though....

And even though she gave the right answer I still couldn't see it.... The photo looked far too recent to me to be Olivier.

But my digging unearthed a really interesting article about gay film stars. People you wouldn't believe. I won't put the link up in case I am sued....

I just looked again at the pic and now know why I thought it was a more recent pic.

The goatee stubble. I am sure goatee stubble is a fairly recent thing.

Wonder if Willie did a bit of airbrushing.....

I am very sure it is Sir Lawrence Olivier
I have just read that his father was a High Anglican Priest

found the picture. Wee Willie did not use a hair brush. That one was to hard for for me. Opalshards has done it.

Well done Opalshards.

This chap had links with the rich and famous
including Frank Sinatra, Elvis and the Beatles.

Not forgetting his link with Africa, of course.

Good luck all.
