She has a look of Goldie Hawn.
I am saying it is Kate Hudson.
 
One of her most famous films was in 1976 and was written by Stephen King.
 
Not Goldie or Kate Opal.

Both good guesses though.

I was quite surprised when I found out who this is. I don't really remember her being this pretty but I checked her Google page and this pic was there.

This was when she was 16 or so and she was a prom queen.

That reference to a movie written by Stephen King (Carrie) gave the game away. Otherwise I would have had no idea.
