Who are they?

His nose looks really familiar.....

It’s all gone quiet over here
The subject isn’t Richard Gere
No idea so far I fear
I think I’ll have another beer.

The clue leads me to this.
"4,600-Euro limit for individual campaign donations in France."

There is a a french politician I can think of but he comes across a we bit on the small side.
This french thing does make Cupcaake32,s guy a bit more like the person in the picture.

(the picture looks like James Hunt after a night at the races)

More wine please.

Zola that is what I thought,
But remember Squire Fulwood said the referee,s decision is final (I think)

Take a look at Nicolas Sarkozy's son, he looks more like the picture, I have my legal team checking the son for stealing.

Is Willie double dealing like in the so called Lincoln case.

Sorry Willie I would never dream of you being so devious.

I think Willie may have given Nicolas Sarkozy a back hander just for the banter.

Roy.

The nose looks the same though...

His son hasn't got a nose like that....

Although I suspect if it is him he has had a small op on his nose to reduce that ridge.

Final answer is Nicolas Sarkozy.

If I am right I want Izzzi and myself to share the cup as if it wasn't for Izzis input I wouldn't have got it in a month of Sundays.

It's Nicolas Sarkozy.

Sorry about all this folks.

Final answer.

Nicolas Sarkozy.

Thanks Zola,
I just saw the similar picture in image you sent.

But what is the final result that Wee Willie will accept.

Like Father like son, it is " Jean Sarkozy" (his dad got him a top job, I think fraud may be involved)

Roy

I found this. I don't suppose it helps though.

"The reason for his visit was that, on July 4th, the constitutional council invalidated his 2012 campaign accounts because he overspent (by 2%) the legal cap and made party use of public presidential trips. This was not just a public humiliation, but also leaves the UMP in deep financial trouble, as it was relying on the state to reimburse €11m ($14m) of campaign spending. The party has launched an appeal for private donations—dubbed a “Sarkothon”. Mr Sarkozy himself gave the party €7,500, the maximum for individual contributions."

I has got to be Nicolas Sarkozy this is my final anser

This has been a great challenge and I am still not 100% sure.

I am shuffling between Nicolas and Jean. The blonde hair makes me think it's Jean but I too am going with Nicolas.

The same dilemma here. To make myself clear, left to my own devices I would never have guessed any kind of Sarkozy but now I have been led to it I think the photo is of Jean and the contribution fiddling was Nicolas.

But I am lucky to be this far on so I will say:-

Jean ..........final answer. Thank you to all of you who did the work.

Wait a minute, remember this person
Only joking Roy
Well he does look a little bit like Nicolas Sarkozy

The cup should go to Izzzi as without his clues I wouldn't even have got anywhere close.

That is... If it is either Jean or Nicolas Sarkozy....

Deja Vu you mean. I am aware of it and am willing to go with Jean. It is all a bonus for me since I was given Sarkozy for nothing.

The Referee rules OK.

I agree. If there is a cup in it then izzzi should get it. I found the report about the dodgy contribution but only because izzzi told me where to look.

Shake hands...Hugs....

Aren't we nice to each other....

Willie !!!!!!!!
