I Googled Black Las Vegas singer who sued and there he was. He looked a bit...erm....stretched.

And I have never heard of him either although when I Googled him the awful German song he sang was featured in Feres Buellers Day Off.
So I must have heard that as it was one of my favourite 80s films.....
