Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.

I am beginning to wonder if it is Peter Andre. I have looked through pages of Google photos and can't see that image anywhere... But the clue fits,

it has got to be with this same shirt and watch strap.
(I think I might watch "carry on up the jungle" as I am getting carried away with the clues,well it could have been Frankie Howerd).
