Who knows about GGT?

The receptionist told me I was 76 on GGT reading.

Is there a chart anywhere that I can look at similar to the blood sugar readings chart to make sense of the numbers?

It's supposed to be less than 60 according to my printouts. When diagnosed T2 in March mine was 217 with an ALT of 51. Last month when I had my blood tests ALT had dropped well into normal at 17 but GGT wasn't done. When I next see the DN I'll ask if this was because ALT was OK or if it was an oversight.

When I was diagnosed last year I think mine was over 300 so it's a huge reduction. Still needs to come down a bit more I think.

I was trying to make sense of my own tests a while back and the two things I noted for future reference was that raised AST/ALT is associated with fatty liver (ideal on my printouts says between 10-35 AST 5-30 ALT) and GGT (ideal in range 5-35) can be an indicator of bile duct disease or cirrhosis.

I'm in Australia, so not sure if the ranges recommended on our tests are the same as yours.
