Not really much to comment on. I did notice the guy who was consuming over 900 gms of carb a day (3 times average person) and I'm assuming he's a marathon runner when talking about 1:54 finish times (1/2 marathon?).

For most, it's one hell of a change to make and is not remotely intuitive.

If you go away and read the T1 literature that he links to (most of which is very familiar) it raises questions as to the inclusion of Fat and Protein in meals with Carbs and the links to glucose level control as a result.

Given what I've experienced, and what I've read, I wonder what the different between plant based protein and animal based protein is, and whether that is what drives the differences between the effects when eating.

Certainly, there is both an evidential and physiological explanation for the additive effects of animal protein and fats when taken with carbs. I wonder if anyone has compared that with the vegetable sources in teh same way?
