Just took my BG an hour and a half after eating some cheese and Walnuts..and it came out as 5.0..This is the lowest so far, so am really pleased. My levels are usually between 5.6 5.9 first thing in the morning, and 5.7 to 6.1 after meals. I am a happy bunny
