Turkey breast baked in foil in the oven cooked in some double cream with a nob of butter a chopped up leek and a few mushrooms, with garlic, chives and dill seasoning. Served with one and a half roast potatoes. Followed by two Mandarins
Last night it was a salmon fillet baked in foil in oven with lemon juice, some nandos lemon & herb spicy seasoning, steamed broccoli and 2 small boiled Charlotte new potatoes.
Dinner tonight is what I have dubbed Fajita mess, basically I fry an onion and a red pepper, cover with fajita flavouring, then I will add some cooked chicken to reheat and add flavour, I also add other veg I have lying around. Then when done I put on a plate, dollop salsa over it, then cover in grated chesse and put under the grill to melt. YUM
