There is a lot of inspiration on this website as well as practical help. Spare a thought for Menna Fitzpatrick who today won Gold to add to her 2 silver and 1 bronze medal. Not bad for a partially sighted person. I wonder what the future will hold for my Diabetes and hope I dont get any bad complications BUT if this young lady (and her guide) can achieve this what is stopping me succeeding?
