Over the last 7-10 days i have started to feel woozy headed / light headed, not all the time, comes and goes, but when i get it, i also seem to feel pressure between my ears . I went to see the local chemist and was told it could be my Blood pressure been to high. I have checked my BP and it used to be anything from 138-145, now it seems to have dropped to between 119 (lowest) and 135 - averaging about 120 all over 80-84.
I currently take one Indapamide 2.5gm in the morning and two Ramipril 10mg at night time for hypertension. so could my Bp dropping be causing this feeling, or something else - like a head cold. I also now go the gym 3 times a week, where as i never used to go at all. Just at a loss really.

Simple answer is yes it could, when your BP drops it causes the woozy feeling, the thing is your on BP lowering tablets and your dose may need adjusting now your more active, so a visit to your GP and a discussion with him is needed........
