Hello

I am on the moonwalk support crew so am cycling from about 11pm to 6 am, I am usually asleep at this point but it's a good cause.

I usually take 1*500mg metformin @ 8 am, @1PM and @7pm.

How would you spread your medication out to ensure you maintain a therapeutic level? Would you simply take the 7pm one later on and then one before I go to sleep at 8 am?

Interested in your views.

I'm often awake overnight- although definitely not cycling lol - keep to you set times for your met - it's a build up drug so as long as you take it regularly that's fine
