Would this cereal be bad

Sorry it was 6.0 before yes pre meal and yes had cup of tea. I had semi skimmed milk why is full fat better? It's all very confusing. I just thought maybe once a week could have this for a treat .. I don't have time before work to do much..
If you don’t have much time to prep before work then there’s lots you can to to have stuff ready prepared. I always have hard boiled eggs in the fridge. You can make a big frittata type thing with chopped peppers, onion, mushrooms bacon etc and portion it out, will keep 3 days in the fridge. You can warm it in the microwave or even take it with you.

Make up a box the night before of cheese, celery, cold meat, boiled egg then you just have to grab it out in the morning, you can make a couple as they will keep in a Tupperware type tub quite well. Make little ham roll ups - spread thin cut ham with a bit of cream cheese and simply roll up and keep in the fridge- I like a bit of chopped gherkin in mine

Mix Greek yogurt with a little bit of double cream and a few berries and some chopped walnuts the night before in a jar or tub with a lid and just grab and go.

To be honest I never think of it as breakfast, lunch, dinner - it’s just 3 meals so you can eat anything for your first meal doesn’t have to be breakfast type stuff. I often have left overs from dinner the night before for my “breakfast” saves loads of time in the morning if your in a rush. For example I had today I had a bit of poached salmon left over from dinner with some cold asparagus and green beans (I love cold veg better than hot veg) with a blob of mayo on the side. Having chicken dinner tonight so will probably keep a the drumsticks and some veg to have tomorrow for breakfast.

Hope I’ve given you some inspiration, I always think “breakfast” is the hardest meal to get your head around in the beginning
