Wrinkly fingers

I've only been testing since November, but I'm finding that my finger tips have gone very creased and wrinkly like an old leather seat. Could this be a result of using lancets and if so, is there anything I can do to mitigate it? They look horrible.
 
Use moisturizing creams or hand lotion I have used when fingers where particularly painful antiseptic cream also try varying where on your fingers you test and obviously rotating which finger you use say small finger to index finger right hand then the same on left hand then in reverse order so you give each finger a chance to recover
