As a Type 2 in my early sixties I keep watch on my blood pressure I currently use an upper arm monitor that gives reliable consistent results but is a bit of a faff to use, so I am looking for a wrist monitor ideally one that will connect to a computer or mobile device. I have tried a fairly cheap model branded ION but the readings were almost random.
Any recommendations or after they all much the same.

Not sure if they do, I was told that the wrist monitor bp readings aren't as accurate as those using a upper-arm cuff.

I've tried both and have to admit the upper arm monitor is by far the better and more accurate.
