Well it was quite a lot of cake for just me so I have frozen half. I probably should have cut into portions and frozen. I don't know what it will be like when I defrost, but I don't see why it shouldn't be ok - most of the ingredients apart from the cocoa, sweetener and chocolate are much the same as @ewelina's quiche recipe which can be frozen.I'm buying a slow cooker.
