Hi all, just after some advice with Ref to fibre supps.
Had digestive issues over the last year or so had many checks scans ect and all came back clear.
Feeling less energetic and bloated when I am on my High Fat Low Carb meal plan, when I do off plan or falter in my resolve it tends to all clear up.
The main difference is those meals have high fibre from wholemeal pittas and wraps, bloods are elevated but well within the ranges, but higher than usual so I don't like to push that too much, only so much insulin left in my life best to save it best I can ha!
What supplements / ideas have people got / suggest.
