Hi,

Thanks

I can do 100g but lots would do less than that. 100g is about 3 dessert spoons worth. Best to look at the nutrition info on the packs to compare.

Skyr 4g per 100 g, is my favourite. The carb values of a few - taste does matter though. Yeo Valley is 6.5g per 100g, Total 0% 4g per 100g - one of the few very low fat ones with no rubbish - which is also lowish carb, Oken Dollop 3.4g per 100g. Own brand Greek Style 4.9g per 100g. If you can get past the colour try Alpro - 2.1g per 100g. All this info is on the labels. Watch out for those marked high protein they usually have jam in them.

The Onken brand mentioned above is extremely nice and very creamy.

Lidl also do a Greek Yogurt under the brand name Milbona, it's very delicious and good value for money at around £1.50p for a 1kg tub.

Just make sure that it's a full fat version not a no/low/reduced fat one, whichever brand you choose.
